Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your support. Because our products are made available through a preorder model, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our preorder fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a confirmed item defect or damage. We encourage all customers to review product details thoroughly prior to purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage or defect
  • Photo documentation of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a resolution at our discretion, and we will cover any associated shipping costs for confirmed damaged or defective items. Claims submitted outside of the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. The only exception is in the case of a confirmed damaged or defective item, where return or replacement shipping will be covered by us.

Print Variation Disclaimer

Our products are printed in separate production runs from the samples used in promotional photography. As a result, minor variations in color, tone, or design detail may occur between the photographed sample and the final product. These variations are a normal part of our printing process and do not constitute a defect. Returns or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of minor print differences.
